Lenticular Galaxies
- Structure: Have a central bulge and a disk like spiral galaxies but lack significant spiral arms. They are considered to be an intermediate type between spiral and elliptical galaxies.
- Appearance: Smooth and featureless disk without the prominent spiral arms.
