Once system functionality, and integrity, are given liftoff, the Starship program will have regular launches scheduled by 2030, to build a "self-sustaining city on Mars" as stated by the CEO of SpaceX.
With the emergence of its Statlink connectivity program, and its conitnuous innovatiive contribution for efficiency, and effectiveness, there is a high probability that SpaceX might use Starlink for an Earth-Mars communication connectivity once its "Occupy Mars" vision becomes a reality from 2026 moving forward.
